In order to achieve the necessary force against lift, the casing must
be based on a reinforced concrete foundation with a collar support
and filled with concrete mixed on site inside in the area between

In greater detail, the structures consist of the
following components:

PE-HD DN 1000 – DN 3000 duct casing pipe according to
DIN 16961 as a hollow or solid section. Wall thickness
according to requirements. |

PE base plate, thickness according to statics and completely
welded outside with the duct casing.
Weld seams can be tested. |
3. |
GRP grate divided into segments with all the necessary
clearances. Safeguarded against unauthorised removal
or floating away. |
4. |
Steel girders as required, completely encased in PE-HD plates
and welded with the duct casing. |
5. |
Access ladder made of GRP, width of ladder inside at least
300 mm including the required ladder brackets made of plastic,
welded/screwed, protected against vandalism. |
6. |
Inlet connections made of pipe in line with DIN 16961 or DIN
8074/75, diameter and length according to requirements. |
7. |
Inlet grate made of GRP, lifting height at least 30 mm, mesh
width at least 50 mm, inserted in PE-HD guide rails and able to
be lifted. |
8. |
